Our return policy
- Items can be returned for a full refund less our shipping costs
- Items must be in new condition
- Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the package
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items back to us
- Refunds will be made to the account on which it was purchased. Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive any returned item for this credit to appear on your account
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. If a packaged is marked delivered by the mail carrier but not received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to make a reasonable effort to locate the package. Typically contacting your local post office is the best option in this situation.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
